1.Non-quality Issues:
In 14 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer, the supplymentary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.
2.Quality Issues:
In 14 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and exchanged. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.
3.Delay-Shipment:
The return and refund are acceptable unconditionally if we confirmed that you did get a wrong item. Please send the photographs clearly showing the wrong item. Once it is confirmed, you can send the item back to us. And after we've confirmed the arrival of the package you returned, we' ll send the replacement or refund you the payment (only the payment for the item, the original shipping cost is excluded).
4.Important message:
Although we provide 100% hassle free return policy, considering the time and money consuming, we surely appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns clear before placing your order.Please contact our customer service first to obtain the return address.We will not be responsible for lose if returned package lost during shipment, you need original post office receipt held to demand compensation.
